Getting Down To Business:  Our Research Method For Serving Our Clients

Step #1: Clearly Define Research Question and Project Goal:  The first step is to work with the client to clearly define the client’s research question and overall goal.

Step #2: Conduct Issue-Based Research:  We conduct research on the
research question which commonly includes personal interviews, collecting facts and data,  a review of the literature, and obtaining primary and secondary sources of information.

Step #3: Analyze the Research:  We then analyze the research to provide answers to the client’s research question.

Step #4: Effectively Communicate Results:  We develop a work product that effectively communicates the results of our research to the client.

Step #5: Follow Up:  Kersten Communications is available to answer any questions about the project or conduct follow up research.
